General Terms

We do not charge a deposit but do collect card details on booking. On the day of departure you will be required to pay for the balance of your stay. We prefer payment by BAC’s, cash or cheque, however we do accept Debit and Credit cards.

Cancellation policy

Sometimes it becomes necessary for guests to either alter or cancel their travel arrangements. If this is the case, we will always attempt to resell the booking on their behalf. If this is not possible, the following details should clarify our policy. In any event, we always advise you to take out travel insurance to cover any amendment or cancellation charges, as a confirmed booking is a legally binding contract. In the case of any amendment to the nights booked or cancellation by you, irrespective of the reason, the following fees will be charged for each room booked:

• For bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival the first night’s stay will be charged. For a ‘No Show’ the full amount of the booking will become payable.
• At our discretion we may move your reservation to a future date within 6 months of the original booking.

We reserve the right to amend these cancellation terms for groups, special events, bank holidays and busy periods. Please enquire for more specific details.
